Check whether the output voltage and current of all levels of transformer and radiation tube meet the requirements. First, manually several times, and then check whether the furnace action is correct when the empty bottom plate and full load parts are in operation. Check whether the quenching oil circulation system is normal. Use compressed air instead of endothermic controllable atmosphere and input it into the furnace according to the process flow to check whether the furnace pressure is normal (check the sealing performance of the furnace).
