Preparation before start-up: the new furnace or repaired equipment must be started after acceptance, and the following preparations shall be made. The electrician shall check whether the electrical equipment is normal, each current circuit breaker shall be in the off position, and the manual cycle reset switch shall be in the off position. The fitter shall check whether the furnace door, front and rear soft chain, main push rod, material tray, transmission mechanism, quenching table and fan lamp are in normal operation, and whether the lubrication points are normal. Check and clean the air intake pipe by plumber. Check whether the instrument and oxygen tube are under normal protection.
